• Accept owner surrenders.

• Relocate outdoor cats (read why, here).

• Participate in trapping cats for euthanasia unless health conditions warrant the need.

• Participate in trapping cats for release to animal shelters.

What we do

The Community Cat Alliance carries out Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) in the City of Winchester, Frederick and Clarke Counties. We receive requests on a weekly basis for assistance. If you, or anyone you know, is caring for outdoor cats and needs help, please fill out our Assistance Form.
